L-glutamine and arginine are two amino acids with muscle-maintenance effects.
Our body generates lipoic acid and N-acetylcysteine, which create energy and have antioxidant mechanisms.
Amino acids play many important roles in the body, including serving as the building blocks for proteins, as well as being involved in processes such as energy production, neurotransmitter synthesis, and immune system function. The body can produce some amino acids on its own, while others (known as essential amino acids) must be obtained from the diet.

Directions for use
Take four (4) capsules daily with 240 ml liquid.
For best results, we recommend two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules at night.
