Returns and exchanges

In FreeLifeForAll we are commited to your satisfaction, so if you are not happy with the products you receive, no problem, you can return them. 

Procedure for product return:

1. Send us an email to hello@freelifeforall.com explaining the situation. Please add your order number so we can better track your complaint.

2. We will reply to you within maximum 24 hours (only business days) with the detailed instructions on how to proceed, including a Product Return Form.

Important notes:

  • The FreeLifeForall return policy allows you to return products if you are not satisfied with your purchase for up to 30 days from receipt of the product. 
  • The return must be accompanied by the unused portion of the product in its original container.
  • Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned. A
  • ll returns must be shipped to the address mentioned in the detailed instructions sent, shipping pre-paid. FreeLifeForAll does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to trace, insure or otherwise confirm that the Company has received the shipment. 
  • If the invoice is paid by credit/debit card, the returns will be credited to that card.
